2021 BMW 540i M Sport Package XDrive

This 2021 BMW 540i xDrive was ordered with personal customizations back in February 2022. The MSRP is around $74,000, and it is well-equipped with the M Sport Package, Premium Package, 5AU Drive Professional Package, and Driver Assistance Package.
Final Signed Price: $3,000 DAS + $640/month + tax for a 36-month/10,000-mile lease.
2023 Nissan Altima
Los Angelos, CA
I got this 2023 Sky Gray Pearl Nissan Altima SR on the last day of 2022. The MSRP is around $30,000. It is a solid daily commuter for a midsize sedan, costing less than $400 a month. The exterior color is beautiful and makes this vehicle stand out in public.
Final Signed Price: $650 DAS + $370/month with CA tax included for an 18-month/10,000-mile lease.
2023 Nissan Pathfinder FWD Platinum
Austin, TX
This 2023 Nissan Pathfinder is the model with the highest trim level. It has a 7-seat setup with a second-row captain's seat configuration, semi-aniline leather interior, heated and ventilated seats, a head-up display, and a Bose sound system. The MSRP is $49,500.
Final Signed Price: $9,000 One-Pay Lease for an 18-month/10,000-mile lease, and tax for leased vehicles in Texas is exempted.
2022 Mercedes Benz EQS450+
Los Angeles, CA
This 2022 Mercedes-Benz EQS450+ is the best deal I have made so far. It has an MSRP of $114,000 and is well-equipped with massage seats, a rear-wheel steering system, and a head-up display with an AR navigation system. It is truly a six-figure luxury sedan; however, the demand for this vehicle is very low, which means the dealership still has many leftover 2022 models during the first quarter of 2023. With the help of a $7,500 Federal Tax Credit, $12,500 in incentives from MBUSA, and a 15% discount before incentives, I was able to get this vehicle with a very low monthly payment.
Final Signed Price: $2,000 DAS + $800/month + tax (this also requires $9,500 MSD, but I do get it back at the end of the lease) for a 24-month/10,000-mile lease.

2024 Audi Q5 55ETFSI
Austin, TX
I got this 2024 Q5 55 TFSI in May 2024. The MSRP for this car is $65,000. This vehicle is a plug-in hybrid; it has a 2.0T engine and a small battery pack. The vehicle can be driven in full EV mode. I end up only needing one fill-up of gas each month, which has helped me save a lot on gas money.
Final Signed Price: $3,200 DAS + $580/month with Texas tax included (this requires $6,000 MSD; again, I can get the MSD back at the end of the lease) for a 36-month/7,500-mile lease.
